Fortune Magazine has ranked the Manderson MBA among the best programs in the country in its 2022 rankings list at #26 among public institutions and #58 overall. This is the magazine’s first foray at assessing –– and ranking –– MBA programs. The magazine’s methodology relies heavily on starting salaries, brand and reputation, and eventual career outcomes.
Betsey Voorhees, the director of admissions for the Manderson MBA, said, “We are proud to be recognized in this ranking alongside some of the best MBA programs in the country.”
“Our unique curriculum offerings such as the STEM/CREATE Path to the MBA program, which allows students with non-business backgrounds to develop a solid managerial foundation for future leadership roles, are aspects of our brand and reputation,” she added.
The Manderson MBA continually collaborates with employers, faculty, students and alumni to identify how to keep the program reflective of the current and future business market skill sets.
Manderson associate dean Sharif Melouk explained, “Joining our other focused areas of study is a new cybersecurity option. This gives students another way to align their academics with marketplace demands.”
The Fortune Magazine ranking further cements the Manderson MBA’s reputational foothold as a high-quality and highly-ranked program. In March of 2021, U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 Best Graduate Schools list ranks Manderson’s MBA program 44th, and 22nd among all public offerings.
