Ivie Isler graduated from UAB in 2007. She worked at a public relations agency before starting her insurance career in 2009. During her career, she has worked for multiple agencies as an assistant client service representative, senior account manager, marketing account executive, and marketing analyst. She has also worked with Philadelphia Insurance Company.

Currently, she leads a team of 11 Marketing Analysts at McGriff Insurance in Birmingham, Alabama. She has taken leadership roles in the local Birmingham insurance association, the state Young Agents association, and in the state association. She also serves on the board of the Excalibur Foundation, which gives scholarships to insurance students in the state.
