It’s been an incredible semester with the naming of the Rance M. Sanders Real Estate Program, and recently, Culverhouse real estate students Faith Turner, Asa Moran, Lindsey Brewer, and Andrew Mannion took first place in the 2025 ICSC Foundation Case Competition.

The event included 17 universities from across the country, with only six teams advancing to the final round.

This annual case challenge required undergraduate teams to analyze a complex retail real estate scenario, develop a comprehensive strategy, and present their recommendations to a panel of industry leaders. Teams were evaluated on the strength of their analysis, creativity, professionalism, and their ability to defend their proposal during a live Q&A. Top-scoring teams receive national recognition, monetary awards, and coverage in Commerce + Communities Today.
