The Marketing Assistants are student representatives of the Marketing Department at the Culverhouse College of Business. The Assistants are dedicated to supporting and promoting the Marketing program at The University of Alabama.
The Marketing Assistants are involved in the program as Teaching Assistants, supplementing the instructor experience with grading, encouraging, and supporting Marketing courses.
Marketing Assistants assist professors and instructors in monitoring and supporting exam completion, answering questions from students, and reviewing procedures.
The Marketing Assistants support the promotion of the Marketing department and the well-being of its students by developing impactful events. They also support university and college events that involve the Marketing department.
Marketing Assistants, as high-performing students, are available to assist in the promotional methods of other clubs, including creation of logos and social media posts as needed.
The Marketing Assistants guide prospective students interested in the Marketing major and encourage one-on-one discussions during an individualized tour. They also respond to email inquiries and host virtual meetings via Zoom.
The Marketing Assistants support the procedures and processes at the TIDE Lab, working alongside the masters’ students to ensure effective and efficient research. They also work one-on-one with faculty to assist with research tasks.
