Bill Schaninger works with employers globally as they address the challenges of the ever-changing world of work. He designs large-scale organizational transformations to strengthen business performance through enhanced culture, values, leadership, and the development of skills and talent systems. For the past 20 years, Bill has worked for diverse clients across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, helping notable CEOs, government ministers, and other senior leaders assess and improve organizational health.
His experience in strategic human resources has been particularly beneficial to clients navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. When the coronavirus crisis turned the US jobs market on its head, Bill helped support the launch of Career Exchange which uses artificial intelligence to match candidates with available roles, benefitting organizations, and individuals.

Tom Leddo is the Chief Strategy Officer of MD7, where he is responsible for realizing the strategic priorities of MD7 and enabling all stakeholders to understand the company’s objectives.
Tom started with MD7 in 2004 as one of the company’s first employees and has held multiple leadership positions across the firm in areas including operations, customer service, sales, and marketing. He plays a significant role in the development and execution of new initiatives to build MD7’s brand, increase competitive advantages, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Previously, Tom was a Principal at Bridgewest Group, an investment firm focused on entrepreneurial businesses in the wireless infrastructure industry. He also served as Co-Founder & President of Sierra Towers Investment Group and Alpine Tower from inception to sale. Prior, Tom worked for Columbia Spectrum Management, focusing on spectrum clearing and microwave relocation for wireless operators.
Tom earned an MBA from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama.
