Biography
Dr. Mothersbaugh is the Associate Dean for Undergraduate and International Programs and was the founding director of the UA Services Marketing Program. He has published articles in such journals as Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Service Research. He is on the editorial review board of the Journal of Business Research. Dr. Mothersbaugh teaches at the undergraduate, doctoral, and executive MBA levels. His teaching includes services marketing, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy. He won the T. D. Moore Undergraduate Teaching Award in 2006 and Teacher of the Year award for the executive MBA in 2004, 2005, and 2006. He is co-author of the text Consumer Behavior: Building Marketing Strategy
