Here’s your opportunity to earn a $1,000 scholarship by sharing your dedication to ethical behavior. We are excited to announce the Ethics in Business Scholarship Essay Competition, an initiative to recognize and support future leaders who demonstrate strong personal character and ethical decision-making.
Personal character and ethical behavior are the cornerstones of trust and credibility in both personal and professional relationships. They encourage a focus on accountability and fairness, ensuring that decisions are made with integrity and respect for all stakeholders.
Submission Package should include the following:
Essays should describe an actual event or experience where you faced an ethical dilemma that challenged your personal character and your commitment to ethical behavior. Discuss the outcome and reflect on how the event shaped your perspective on personal character and ethics. Essays should be 500 words or less.
Winners will receive a $1,000 scholarship to support their educational journey and recognition for their ethical leadership and will be presented at the J. Craig Smith Business Ethics Lecture.
