On September 9-11, the Lockheed Martin Space Challenge Box will be visiting UA, challenging students to see if they have what it takes to work for Lockheed Martin. The three-day event allows students to interact with executives, recruiters and technical demos. Hiring managers will be on site offering internships and jobs on the spot!

The Challenge Box will be in the Great Hall of the Ferguson Student Center on Sept. 9th and 10th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 11. The Lockheed Martin Open House will be on Sept. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Ferguson Student Center Ballroom. Dress code for the Open House is casual. Click “learn more” to register now!

Data scientists and business analytics-oriented executives converge at the Culverhouse Business Analytics Symposium for a day of discussion about how their respective companies and institutions incorporate big data research and analysis practices.

The Symposium takes place all of Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Bryant Conference Center on The University of Alabama campus.

Members of the public and all UA faculty and students interested in the use of data analytics in business and research are highly encouraged to attend.

The $150 early bird registration deadline for members of the public is Saturday, August 31^st; afterward, the price increases to $200.

Registration for UA students is free and $40 for non-Culverhouse faculty.
