Viktoria joined the Socioeconomic Research Group in the Center for Business and Economic Research in April 2013.
Prior to joining the Center, Viktoria worked as a researcher at the University of Arkansas (U of A) Center for Business and Economic Research. She conducted statistical and economic analysis including feasibility studies, population and tax projections, and economic impact studies. She worked as a project manager leading applied economic research projects for businesses, non-profits, and governmental organizations locally, statewide, and nationally.
Viktoria graduated from U of A, receiving Outstanding Master of Arts in Economics Student Award in 2005. She also attended advanced graduate economics courses at the Texas A&M University in 2007. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, international honor society.
