Works strategically through corporate partnerships to design recruiting strategies for employers to establish a hiring pipeline from internship to full-time placement. Plans and executes creative networking events for students, alumni, and recruiters to connect. Individualized customer service to retain and increase the number of recruiters that seek to hire our students.

Create and implement successful marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of Manderson students.
Oversee the management of existing employer relationships, track and maintain recruiter database. Strengthen current partnerships to expand recruiting efforts and company branding.
Collaborate with Career Services Director in strategic planning and development initiatives including workshops, orientation, advising, and educational seminars.
Design marketing strategies with employers to ensure their hiring needs are being met through internship and full time placement opportunities for students.
